ProGamerLeagues Rule Book
ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO SHOW SPORTSMANSHIP IN PGL GAMES THIS IS A MUST FOR ANYONE PLAYING HERE.
PLAYERS REPEATEDLY FAILING TO DO SO WILL FIND THAT PGL IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THEM TO PLAY.
At PGL we offer players the chance to play there games in a way that's sporting and enjoyable win or lose!
Please respect players styles of play as it differs between all of us but every player knows what is sporting and what is not.
EVERY PLAYER MUST USE A DEFAULT FORMATION FROM THE DROP DOWN LIST(PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRESET TEAM DEFAULT)
Rules
Any members who break any Rule or are deemed to be causing trouble on the forum will at first receive a warning infraction(Zero points) This will list the issue on there user notes,Any further actions of the same will result in action being taken by the staff team and could result in any one of the punishments we deem to be applicable.Staff decisions are Final.
F.A.O ALL PLAYERS
1. No custom formations or team default to be used, only preset ones are allowed.
2. No deliberate hacking
3. No flaming or abusive messages after games
4. No letting other players play games for you
5. Respect your opponent and play the game in an adult manner
6. No QUITTING of games no matter what the score is
7. No inputting scores for games on results site that haven't been played
Punishments
1.Anything deemed serious by admins/mods will be dealt with by use of minus points -8 = BAN from site
2.Minus Points System A minus points system is in place for players who fail to play their games in competitions.
Players can keep up-to date with any minus points issued in there profile page
(a) Failure to play a one or two-legged cup tie: -1 point
(b) Failure to sign into an online league: -2 points
(c) Failure to reach minimum games target in competitions (excluding main leagues): -2 points
(d) Failure to reach minimum games target in main leagues: -4 points
(e) Leaving the online league / Quitting the leagues mid-season: -4 points
Any player who reaches -4 points will be booted from all comps and made to sit out for a season.If this is the case then the only league you may play in will be the NML.
Any player who reaches -8 points will be booted from the site
Minus points last for varied lengths of time and vary depending on the issue,All points will only ever be cleared at the new release of the Fifa game each year
****Please think carefully before signing up for competitions****
If you can not meet the Min amount of games for any comp then please do not join that league or comp and spoil it for others who wish to complete there Fixtures.Staff will always help any member who has issues which are beyond there control as long as you inform us before action needs to be taken.
Arranging Games:
As per the posts on the forum and in the Arrange to play threads,Players will expect to tag others they need to play on the forum and once they have done so if they still find it hard to get the game arranged Staff will help them do so or arrange for a 1-0 win to be issued. Again Staff Decisions will be final on any attempted to play issues.
Friends and Clans and Staff
All clan members/friends/Staff in the same League will need to play BOTH of their games against each other before the half way stage, this rule is being added to stop any accusations/rumours of match fixing of promotion/relegation places at the the end of the season!!
Failure to adhere to this new rule may lead to results against clan/friends being null & void!!
Policies
What To Expect From Our Staff.
All members of PGL can expect to be treated Fair and 100% Respectful at all times by our staff team and if this is not the Case then A Email with as much details as you have can be sent to progamerleagues@gmail.com and the issue will be looked at and you will be kept informed of the outcome.
All staff do a very hard and unrewarding Job keeping all the leagues etc upto Date and working A1,Please always show them total respect and always expect it back from our team as it is what keeps up apart from the rest.
1. Staff decisions are final. Ultimately, staff have complete discretion over what is and is not acceptable on the site.
2. Public discussions of staff decisions are not permitted on the site. If you have any concerns or queries relating to a staff decision, please take it up in private with a member of the site administration team.
3. All members must be treated in a respectful and adult manner. All members should respect and adhere to the promotion of harmony within the community. Do not attempt to disrupt the community in any way.
4. VIP members are taken on as part of the PGL group only after Admin allow this option on your account. Membership in the VIP group is solely at the Admin's own decision.No one has the right to be a VIP if we think it could harm the community,Any Repayments of VIP donations when an account is removed or a player banned will NOT be given due to time an costs incurred on the system,This however is something we wouldnt expect to be a problem to our members who are VIP as there Account and status at the PGL means quite a lot. 5. As in real life cutbacks,square balls etc do happen,unless its a glitch anything goes..DEAL WITH IT!!
6.Match reports are just that a report on your game (NOT A PLACE TO CAUSE MORE ISSUES ANY PROBLEMS IN A GAME MUST BE REPORTED IN THE HELP DESK DO NOT USE THE MATCH REPORT THREADS AT ALL PLEASE) THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF PGL IS BEING A SPORTING PLAYER IN EVERY GAME
